CDM Safety Advisor

UK Safety Services can act as your CDM Safety Advisor to assist with CDM compliance.

With the recent changes to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015), we can assist clients, principal designers and principal contractors to fulfil their duties as defined by the new legislation. We are currently assisting numerous clients and principal designer to achieve compliance with the latest legislation.

In accordance with CDM Regulations we will:

  • Notify the Health and Safety Executive of the Project
  • Give suitable advice to ensure clients comply with their statutory duties
  • Attend and co-ordinate design and planning meetings
  • Provide relevant information to contractors appointed by the client
  • Identify and collect pre-construction information
  • Manage the flow of health and safety information to those involved in the project
  • Oversee the Construction Phase Plan
  • Produce a relevant Health and Safety File
